You sound like a nice guy -- but why on earth are you asking this question in the Garden and Landscape section? This might give you a clue as to why you are having problems finding a date. You may be looking in all the wrong places!

Plant yourself in good soil, don't over or under water, add a bit of diluted fish fertililizer and place in a window that has the appropriate amount of sunlight.
I won't guarantee you'll grow some common sense, but it's worth a try.
