My goodness, a bit on the moody side today are we?
1) BeOS, Linux, Unix, OS/2
2) Mozilla Firefox, Netscape
And by the way, your example lists Apple as an OS. That's the name of the company, LOL!! Mac OS X, for example, is the name you're looking for.

Hmm.. operating system's I've dealt with: Linux, Unix (OS X, AIX, Solaris, Concentrix, UTX/32, SYSV, BSD, and probably others), all the various Microsoft DOS and Windows versions, old minicomputer stuff like RSTS/E, old mainframe stuff like TOPS10/20, Multics, IBM's VM, MUSIC, the OS/360 OS/VS1 MVS family, and I'm sure I'm forgetting something I've done in the last quarter century....
And under some conditions (such as doing recon on a possibly hostile website), 'telnet' and 'netcat' are your browsers of choice. :)
