You could be lacking a number of things including,
Vitamins, sleep, hydration or you could be a bit stressed,
There are MANY eyecreams out there that will sooth dark under eye bags, You can also try using green tea bags, dip two bags of green tea in cold water, then put them in the freezer for 10 minutes, take out and sit over eyes, it will reduce darkness & swelling , i promise,

vitamin b1 taking any multivitamin supplement is perfect such as centrum. it contains enough vitamin b and other vitamins to aid in getting rid of these dark circles. i suggest not trying any miracle creams because it can result in a myriad of ill effects.

You probably need more sleep, or to stop worring about something. You can try using cucumbers while in a hot bath, or those eye things you can get and freeze to sleep in. :)
