Use ankle weights, they also help.. Wear them doing what you normally do everyday... they will eventually build up your calf muscules especially if you do jumping activities in them.

Take care of you knees when doing squats. Do not hyperextend it. Trainers suggest half-squats cause they are easier on the knees. The easy way to remember is, when you squat, never let your knee further than your toes.

They will help probably around 5-7 inches. I do them now...went from touching backboard to grabbing the rim!!!Try to find a program called air alert.The program will add about 8-14 inches.

No, and yes. You could jump a lot higher simply by loosing weight or muscle on your upper body.
It does help though.

It hurts at first but when u get used to, the pain goes away.
