For the printer to have an IP address, it would have to have an ethernet cable connecting it to the router. If that is true, then from the printer's menu print a test page and it will have the IP information on it.
However, if the printer is attached to one of the PCs on your network, and it is shared out, it will not have an IP address. To use it you use My Network Places to browse to the computer to shich the printer is attached, and you will see an icon for the printer. Double click the icon and it will add the printer to your PC so you can select it from the printer drop down list when you want to print.

The router assigns an IP address to everything connected to it. So I am assuming that you have a printer that it connected to the router. To see the IP address for each item go to your router administrative screen and go to the DHCP section. The IP and network name of each device connected should be listed.

If it is indeed a network printer with it's own print controller (usually a laser printer), then access the menu from the printers LCD panel (if it has one). Somewhere in the menu will be an option to print the configeration, or set the configeration. If you do the configeration test print, it will list the printers current IP address.

Install the drivers for the printer on at least the computer that you will have it hooked up to (by USB, ethernet, or LPT1). Set it to be shared once it has been completely installed and associated as the printer on the computer it is hooked up to.
On the other computer search for printer on the first machine, and once it is found you may print to it. You may have to set it as the default printer. The computer that the printer is hooked up to has to be on for it to print from either computer.
You may have to use the Network Wizard to associate all computers on the Named Network beforehand.
Good luck.
