Today I changed my internet speed from 192k-320k but I do not feel the difference even though the company said it changed.

There are alot of sites that offer speed test. Google on "speed test" or "bandwidth test"

That could be because that the area you live in may not be able to handle that speed. Where I live we tried to up are internet speed to the Pro, but later found out that we couldn't handle that speed where we lived.
