Hitler managed to brainwash a nation of millions into nearly destroying an entire race... Terrorist organistions use brainwashing to convince young men to kill themselves and others... Ever heard of Manson???

Yes, I believe that brainwashing is a weapon of mass destruction. Brain washing , if it was as effective as it was in Nazi Germany in WWII, affected millions of minorities, and
caused millions of deaths, because many people in Nazi Germany believed what their government said about Jews, Gypsies, and Gays- enough to justify exterminating millions
of people in gas chambers, and on work projects.

Using propaganda or semi-torturous techniques to persuade or alter a persons views or behavior is in no way a WMD where large segments of population are physiclly injured and killed through wide distributions of poisons, biological weapons, or explosive (especially nuclear) devices.

no, because there are too many degrees of suceptibility in humans, to truely be a WMD, there needs to be a general level of certainty in order to be a plausible weapon.
