Higher and better education for everyone, stereotypes form from ignorance and knowledge that is passed down from generations. People in cities, suburbs, and rural areas alike all have stereotypes regardless of how 'politically correct' they are. We need to educate and then integrate. We need to spend time with races outside of our own kin to realize that we are all flesh and blood and the same. Diversity is the key, the more time we spend with others the more we get to know people outside our own cultures and appreciate them. We are all in this thing together and we need each other to progress. The first step is education, the second is integration, it will take time but eventually we can all get to know each other. The only question is, will we be willing?

I did a college report on racism. A lot of it is caused because people are not educated about other races and cultures. They choose to go by what it is that they hear from others.

I think that more education on other races will help decrease a lot of racism and help other gain the respect for other races.

I believe education is the key. I was raised by a racist father and grew up racist untill I went to college and started meeting people and learning. When I had to do a report on MLK and his struggle, I became ashamed of our past, I simply didn't realize the extent of our ignorance. So, I am now in debt up to my eyes from the college experience, but at least I got a real education for my money.

People need to come out of the dark ages and get on with life.
There is no differences between the colors.
Racism is now left up to the uneducated backwards people of the world.
Teaching love and acceptance is the only way we can get past this stupid culture of intolerance.
God bless you and help spread the love!

Education and exposure to different cultures though invitations to cultural celebrations, travel and thing like friendship centres. But mostly education that incorporates all ethnic backgrounds not just the Europeans histories and political concepts.

I think we have bigger problems in this world then to worry about race relationships, you can't help who you love and skin is only a color, we all bleed red, right?
