what to do when u havent stretched for a long time
and now cant even sit up right (straight or lower your back when stretching) the upper legs hurt the most id say .
need help tips... etc

Start streching everyday, really slowly, and progressively stretch further.

The best thing would probably be Pilate's or yoga, but if you cant do that something that will help but takes some discipline is to stretch when you wake up in the morning once or twice during the day and before you go to bed (don't overdo the stretches, stop before it starts hurting) you should be a lot better in a week.
