where spike sees tom and his freinds watching wideo clips of him and making fun of him and tom's freind truns around saying what a dumb dog and sees spike right behind him all pist off and toms freind starts saying "bow wow bow wow bow wow " and his voice keeps getting higher and higher pitch

It was called "Smarty Cat" and made it's debut
in 1955. When Tom won't let Jerry watch the movies of Spike getting the works, Jerry invites Spike to come and see the show, with much havoc ensuing. I am not a huge Tom & Jerry fan, but this one is funny.
