Having ads all in my face, what about you??

I DON"T like those ad's at all !!!

I am going to another Forum. I'll use this one
as a second choice. There are other Forums.
Mine is part of the local Newspaper, but there are others, too.
We pay enough for what little service we get,
without having ads blinking in our face. My next
move will be to find another ISP.
Wait til GOOGLE gets going. And if they screw up,
some other Outfit will see the "Light" and cut out
annoying the customers.

No, I do not. They are very distracting and bothersome. However, if they need those ads to pay for the site, I would rather the ads than to lose the site.

Ads? you mean yahoo has adds? (kidding)
Firefox has a nice little extension (plugin) that removes ads quite well (image, flash and javascript-based ads).
You might try it out, search for Adblock or AdBlock Plus.
Note: you'll need the latest version of Firefox for it to work.

Violated? Hardly! Someone has to pay for it. If you want ad-free and are willing to pay cash, go to Google Answers.
But one dinky little ad is hardly "in your face."
