only when the earphones are plugged in i can hear sound. yesterday the speakers played well but now i dont know what is the problem. i already checked the control panel. nothing is in mute so...

Did you do anything to make the Computer angry with you? It sound like it not want to talk to you anymore. Try apologizing and see what happen. If, that not work, call Dell and have them figure it out.

go complain to the people or u put the speakers in the rong place when u hooked it up to the computer or if tat doesnt work throw it out the window
