I love eating Hawaiian food! L&L is OK, though you're probably better off trying the mom and pop places. For example in Mountain View near Palo Alto, there is Kauai BBQ Grill http://www.kauaibbqgrill.com/. Onolicious!

My family is from hawaii, so it's nice to have L&L again. It's pretty good. I would go for either Katsu Curry or Loco Moco. Disclaimer - Hawaiian BBQ is not exactly the healthiest food. A lot of fried.

Ewwww... I HATE spam more than any other food in the world except for Limburger cheese! That's GROSS! and Poi aint too hot either.

The best Hawaiian meal is a spicket roasted or a pit roasted pig

Yes! And it is YUMMY!! Good grub! If you live in the Bay Area, there is also Da Kitchen in Mountain View--the original being in Maui. In San Ramon, there is one called ...well, I'm drawing a blank. But if you're familiar w/the area, its near The Marketplace.
