Franklin Mills Mall (on Rt 95) in Pennsylvania, about 20 minutes after you cross the Delaware. They have about a mile of discount stores and plenty for teens there.
Franklin Mills is located just off Interstate
95 at the intersection of Woodhaven Road
(PA63) and Knights Road. Access to Franklin
Mills is also provided from U.S. 1 and the
Pennsylvania Turnpike. The site lies 15 miles
northeast of Center City, Philadelphia.

Menlo, Woodbridge, Freehold, Bridgewater...outlets in Jackson and Flemington

There are outlet stores by six flags and Freehold mall is about 12 miles from them.
