Sorry to hear, I'll not patronize you with all the "cheer up stuff"; I've heard it can be a bit troublesome for folk. Myself, I party! It's great! I'm fairly cheerful by nature and choice, dark days behind me so to speak. I have an occasional moment though, it's not always a bowl of cherries. Hey, Happy Birthday; maybe the what ifs will come round to the good, it's a funny old world and you never which dogs going to get the sun ray next! Best of luck old Bean, for your a jolly good fellow...and all of us so remain!

I am 29. The year is fast moving on... next is the big 30. I don't know if you felt the same way? But I sort of feel when you are in your 20's it is when you are young - and everything is possible. If you turn 30 you are supposed to have things all figured out... I DONT. I have a list of things that I want to do before I die and I only have 5 of those done... Gosh... Happy Birthday. Get the What if's out of your system and start enjoying life. (Dont do what I do - do what I tell you to do!!) :0)

I am not a Virgo...but I've had 1 or 2 birthdays that I felt melancholy and out of sorts. I got so down that I decided to pack up for a few days and go see my best friend in Montreal. I cam back feeling better about myself and it helped me get some answers that I needed. Try doing something special and different on your birthday it might help you feel better. There is a saying that goes..."This to shall pass!" I hope you have a "Happy Birthday."

I always become very melancholy around my birthday because it reminds me of how people will only remember you're alive when it would be rude to do so otherwise. People that haven't kept in touch feel an obligation to wish you a happy birthday, and then disappear again! The other reason is that I always forget its my birthday, and then I don't know why I'm getting so much attention... Yes, I know, weeeeird...

I used to. Until I realized how people die, and when people die and I just take the day as a grateful day, Me being lucky enough to call that year mine instead of a younger age.
With this much luck, playing your cards right isn't far-fetched. So do what you wanted. the only time when it is too late is when you have died."For the living are conscious that they will die; but as for the dead, they are conscious of nothing at all..." Ecclesiastes 9:5

Honestly, you should be happy that you have reached this age when so many people do not. Forget the what ifs and embrace this new year in your life!

I always get sad around my birthday thinking of all the things that I didn't do that year. Oh well, better luck next year.
