He keeps touching me in place he shouldn't be. Plus he is married again also.

the reason we see each other is because we have a 5 year old son together and he got visitation. I always yell at him and tell him to quit touching me and sometimes I have to push him away.

Umm, Maybe I'm a bit naive on this one. How could that happen? Is this in a public or private setting? Seems like you could eliminate the possibility of it happening by not being alone with him. If you have to exchange children, let your current husband meet him for the exchange. If he's telling you that you owe him some nooky for the child support, very graciously turn him down and get a court ordered garnishment of his wages. And lastly, if he won't listen to reason tell your new husband and/or his new wife! **** UPDATE****
If your husband is away alot, meet your ex IN A PUBLIC PLACE like a grocery store parking lot, or in front of the police station!!! Get a restraining order if that doesn't work, it's against the law for people to touch or molest you without your consent! Now, if on the other hand, you still have feelings for him as well, you might want to talk to your current hubby about getting some marital counseling to see if you are really with HIM because you love him, or for some lesser reasons.

For a start why is your ex husband visiting you or in a situation that he can do this? for start are you encouraging this behaviour? Tell him he not to come near you again or you get court order etc frighen the life out of him, sound like you mean it. Because he could blakmail you or tell your new husband to create trouble put a stop to it now

You're playing with fire and giving him these signals. Why are you even associating with him in person esp giving him the opportunity to touch you. If you really don't want his attentions I'm sure you'll know how to discourage. Ever consider the consequences if your husband finds out or your exes wife? Could make life really complicated and perhaps most regrettable for you. Think and ask if its worth the risk-this game you play.

Well personally if my ex husband was messing with me my husband would kick his a** lol. I hate to be rude but how do you put yourself in the situation for him to touch you anyways. If you stayed away from him you wouldn't have a problem unless hes busting down your door and doing what hes doing. Get a restraining order so he has to stay away from you. Tell him like it is your remarried and happy and he needs to back off and stick with his wife. Ohhh and if his wife is one mean b**** tell her whats going on then he can get hell from her:)

Tell him to leave you the hell alone. He is your ex for a reason. And if he doesn't stop touching you that your new husband will stop him. You teach people how to treat you remember that.

What are you doing being around him? You divorced him and the two of you should have nothing to do with one another- alone at that to where he KEEPS touching you in place he shouldn't be.

Pictures and video can be your best friend when it comes to unwanted advances.... Show him the pictures and tell him you will show them to his new wife if he does it again. And if you are afraid of him then I would suggest moving to a new town or state......Please be careful.

Why are you in situations that he can be that close to be able to touch you ANYWAY? Stay away from him. It's that simple.
