I knew a girl (always a girl) and everybody said she was my soulmate because we jsut clicked together so well - but I was a bit gutless and worried that as we were such close friends - to go the next step would ruin everything and I would rather have her as a friend than not at all. Do you know what I mean by that? Since then she got married to somebody else and I lost her friendship anyway. If I had my time again, I think I would actually tell her!
PS =- Glad your son is OK now!

When I was 14 years old I would have told my friends I was going to be moving and not follow the advise my parent gave me to not tell them. My friends and everyone found out the day the For Sale sign was put up (we lived on a prominent corner that many people drove by) and when I was "hit" with this at school I had a seizure and had them alot of years after that. If I could only go back and handle it differently but I was just 14.

probably recieving education after 16 yrs old. Complete waste of time and it saddens me that I've lost so much time to being in one place, doing what I though was right...I was at university for 5 years with 2 yr break in middle, 6th form college was a waste of time too. I really should have gone in the army at 16
I'm no way academic and not interested in any 'academic' persuit, just girls, sport and culture.
I'm 27 now, feel older and a bit cheated.
But there's time left to go and do what I want.
I'm gonna earn some money and teach abroad perhaps.
Good question

Sorry to hear about ur son and glad he turned out ok.

I would change the 28th May 1979 that night I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and am now confined to a wheelchair for as long as I am on this planet.

I am glad your son is ok! What an ordeal to go through!

I was very fat as a child and as an adult I really got into shape... I would have been much more active as a child! I love being in shape!!

I'm so sorry that happened to your son, my sympathy is with you. Going back to your question, probably not if I had the chance because I know this sounds cliche but my experiences has helped shaped the person that I am today.

I'd have studied harder at university and not spent as much time either lying in my bed or drinking, then i'd have had a much better degree.
