She does have the right to request child support proceedings on behalf of that child. At that point in time, a court will order a DNA test. This is done on a separate date, and then if your husband is found to be the father, another court date is scheduled. Tests normally cost around $300-500 depending on the state, but if your husband is found the father, he will be looking at a lot more costs than just that. He'll be responsible for 1/2 the birthing expenses of the baby to either be repaid to the mother or the state (if she had medical assistance). He'll also be responsible for child support, obtaining health insurance, and can even be ordered to pay for 1/2 the day care costs and at least 1/2 of medical expenses not covered by insurance.
If a DNA test is wanted prior to a child's birth, this is only done if there are other reasons why an amniocentesis is needed. NO testing facility will agree to do the testing, for DNA purposes only. DNA testing is done as an "add on" test. Amnios & CVS testing can only be done with a dr's request, and are only something that's done to test for birth defects, such as a pregnant woman over the age of 35, etc. DNA testing prior to a baby's birth, are normally around $2000, above and beyond the normal testing procedure.
I also think it's odd how you state how the other woman got pregnant. He can give you every reason in the world...but truth is - he cheated on you, and got another woman pregnant. If he were my husband, I would sue for divorce and take everything. When a marriage ends because one of the partners cheated, the judge normally rules towards the faithful one.

It's what I recommend to everyone who wants a DNA test. There are a few places that will do DNA ID cards, but the main one that seems trustworthy is UK. However, if you need something in the UK:

Edit: btw, Genetree has "for peace of mind" testing for nearly $150 cheaper than a legality test. The only difference is that it isn't legally notarized for use in courts.

If you are the mother, then the state child support enforcement will usually do them for free and make the father pay the costs.

I wouldn't do it online. Ask you doctor or a local hospital.
