Chevy truck outer door handle replacement?

Wondering how to replace outer door handle (plastic trim around handle) on a 98 full size pickup.

Those aren't too bad to change. You will have to remove the interior panel, pull back the plastic dust shield, and it's held in place with 2 or 3 ten millimeter bolts.
