it is either your fuel injectors are dirty or the throttle positioning sensor get some good fuel injector cleaner like lucas and pour into the gas tank this will clean them out and you can go to autozone or most car parts and have them check the sensor for you for free

It could be your Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). Not hard to check, need a Repair Manual and Multi-Test Meter (Volt/OHM). Some Parts stores like Auto-Zone may test it for you. It about $25 if that the problem.

choke ,,,,automatic choke is stuck....probably take it to a mechanic or get a chiltons and do it yourself
