Wow I appreciate all the responses. But to have more info...I need word that end in "ee" that means "one who is" like employee means "one who is employed".
Knee doesnt mean "one who is a knee..." lol, you get me? But thanks anyways!

Donee - one who receives a gift or donation
Mortgagee - the bank etc who gives you your mortgage (the person borrowing the money is the mortgagor)
Lessee - the person who takes out a lease.
Consultee - someone who is consulted
Trustee - someone who holds something in trust
Refugee - someone who seeks refuge

Grantee (the person to whom a piece of land is granted to (sold to))
Mortgagee (the person who takes out a mortgage on their home)
Asignee (the person to whom a loan is assigned to (transferred to))
Lendee (the person who money is being lent to)

that's a list of thousands of words.... it's like a dictionary. i'd press ctrl+f and type in 'ee', then all the words ending in it are good for you. :) hope i helped!
