I agree it's quite unfair. Some idiot sends me spam or death threats and I can't reply in kind, nor is there any method of reporting such except to go to Yahoo TOS and complain and there's still no option for Yahoo Answers except email.

If you want to email someone through Yahoo Answers, simply click on their name and it will take you to the public view of the person you want to email.
Click on their email address and you're done.

Some you can, some you cannot. Depends on whether they permitted e-mail or not.

If email addresses can not be verified then you would not be able to email back else its OK.
