yasmin question?
I was on Yasmin for almost a year. I stop taking them because it was affecting me with depression and bruices. Now that I stop taking it my foot is swallen its been a month and now milk is coming out of my breast. Is this normal. Has anyone experience this sideeffects?

i stopped taking yasmin but not for the same reasons yasmin gave me blood clots and i almost died. one day i woke up and my whoile left leg was swollen three times the size of my right i went to the hospital and it was the birth control that did it i had to have a filter put in my heart to prevent anymore form going to my heart. i cant take any other birth control the rest of my life now and i am only 21

I was on Yasmin for over a year, and I didn't have any problems. However if you are experiencing negative side-effects, I would speak with your doctor. There are so many different brands of the pill, he/she could easy suggest another.

its probably cause when you are on the pill you are tricking your body into thinking you are already pregnant. So, when you got off the pill, your body was probably thinking "oh hey. i dont have the horomones anymore, the 'baby' must be here" and you get milk after the baby is born. but, if your worried u should talk to the doctor or clinic.

You need to see a doctor. The swelling can be caused from a blood clot.
