i used to coach a lot of sports
but have and did notice some kids should not be in sports, but there coach would not take another kid and substitute and give them a chance, the ones who never get off the sidelines or bench,
and i all ways worked with all the kids and all ways had a good winning record

You are obviously a coach. It's a shame that teachers have to be "highly qualified" to work with kids, but we have complete idiots such as yourself (look at your ramblings and run-on sentences!) supporting the complete opposite of what the teachers try to get across daily!

OK yes I agree with you - and I have a story to back this. We moved from CA to LA one year ago. We signed our 6 year old up for T-Ball. He has never played, and here in the south it's all about sports! After the first practice the coach cut our son from the team - his reasoning was that we were not from here so we couldn't play! Which we found to be not part of the rules. Our son just plainly sucked - but after just one practice he could have cut some slack - it's all about winning! Now our son doesn't want to ever try again no matter how much we try!
