What treaty are they violating? They aren't violating the Nuclear Non Proliferation Treaty!!
And your answer is no, Bush would.t even let the Red Cross in to see the prisoners! If that had been WWII or Korea we would be having a meltdown if they weren't allowed to see our guys!

Hello? What county HASN'T bent the rules one in a while? Obligations? Where are all the french troops for Lebanon?
Where was the Geneva Convention when Iran took the US embassy hostage for 444 days? Has Hezbollah / Hamas allowed red cross access to the Israel soldiers they took? The Fox news reporters?? The Brits vs the IRA????????
No the world hates the US reguardless... always has...always will. They just justify it by pulling up worthless "facts".
Do I care...sure...but not much....they'll call us if they ever need help...and we...I'll be more then happy to lend my aid

Very well said. If we can't lead by example than what good is our word. No they will not keep to thier treaty. They will rule by terrorism....it is the only life they know.
No matter what we do over there....when we are gone, it will be business as usual in Iran and Iraq.

Please.....how about we have countries like Iran and all the terrorist states sigh the Geneva convention. It has some good stuff in it, like not harming civilians.....

If we followed the Geneva Convention, we would have already shot all in custody as spies. No uniform equals spy.
Which part of GC says you can behead your captives? Missed that part.

I think you need to study about to whom the Geneva Convention applies. I believe your question is somewhat flawed.
I think a good question might be "Why do you hate America so much?"
