are ghosts real?

are there any solid proofs which proves their existence? surely a lot of people say yes, vids, etc,

I definitely believe spirits and or Ghost are very real,

I believe that spirit's do exist. When I lived in one of the houses I lived in. I was sitting on the couch with the rest of the family in the living room watching the Bears play football. My step dad said my sister's name and I saw a faint image go down stairs to our basement. Then my two sisters said what because they were both sitting in the living with our whole family. It didn't stop there. One night I was down in my basement room in the same house and I kept hearing footsteps go up and down the stairs. I thought it was my dogs. So i got up and realized the door up the stairs was closed and the stairs empty. So I layed back down. 10 minutes later the steps down the stairs began to walk again. I just shook it of. Then I heard the sound of feet hit the concrete basement floor and begin walking towards my room. I got big eyes as I saw a spirit walk past my door way and go into the laundry room. I could not believe what I had seen. I got up a few minutes later and checked the laundry room then the whole basement to find nothing and no one like I had seen. The door was still closed also. I would have heard that open anyways. This does let me know that some places are "Haunted". Thankfully we moved from there eventually.

yes ghost are real. I have onlly actually seen one of them but i have had them pull on my shirt and be saying mommy..
I have had them throw pots and pans out of my cubboard.
i have had them make the phone ring when it was disconnected and laying on the counter. i have had one female call from the bathroom saying help i am in the bathroom..
Ihave some that make my wind chimes move and ring..
My dogs bark when they are around..
so yes they are real. and if you are really sinsitive you will be able to see them hear them and sometimes even feel them touch you.
I don't have an documented proof of them either so i can't help you in that way.. sorry

Well yes ghosts are real, their actually called spirits that haunt the places they died watching over their loved ones or looking for their loved ones, A.K.A those are the spirits that havent moved on

i think i've seen one or two before.ghosts are afraid of lights.if you're afraid of ghosts,just turn on all the lights before you go to sleep.also,cover mirrors,fix squeaky floor boards,tighten loose light fixtures,wear a jacket to prevent chills down the spine,cut overgrown tree branches so there won't be shadows on the curtains,turn the telephone ringer to low and don't watch horror movies or read/listen to scary stories before bedtime.
