reason: theres a song that says "and when you call me a whore i hope your "something something" gets smaller...." i was trying to fill in the something something.... but the song is in spanish

spine is "espina" the "e" sounds like elephant's first e and the "a" sounds like the a in apple and
penis is "pene" the e sounds like the 1st e in elephant, they could sound alike if you pronounce wrong.. but if you dont they are pretty different

Spanish for spine is "espinazo". Spanish for penis is "pene". No they are not similar in sound.
