In a title, words that are usually not capitalized are articles and prepositions which are five letters or shorter.
"Think" must be capitalized both because it is a verb and is the first word of the title.
"Twice" must be capitalized because it is an adjective.
Prepositions typically aren't capitalized, but because it contains more than five letters, "Before" should be capitalized.
"You" should be capitalized as a pronoun.
"Take" should be capitalized as a verb.
"This" acts as an adjective; I would capitalize it, although you could probably get away with not capitalizing it.
"Class" needs to be capitalized because it is a noun.

Only the first word should be capitalized, unless this is a title, in which case all the words should be.
