There is, actually, a 'legal' way to get another Master Ball or two in the 2nd generation of Pokèmon Games, but I've never accomplished it myself.
Every Friday the Lucky Number Show changes its ID number. If, and ONLY if, all five numbers match any ID number of any Pokèmon in your possession, go to the Goldenrod Radio Tower and talk to the Lucky Number person. He should check your Pokèmon and subsequently give you a Master Ball.
However, it would be much quicker to cheat if you have a Gameshark.

I agree with HeelKiller.
It is awarded as the grand prize which is like impossible. I was only lucky enough to get thrid prize 12 times over a year span, even with 21 diffrent ID's. Nothing higher.

There is one but there is cheat where u can duplicate them and alot of other things just find out how .
