I dunno.....but I will tell you that orange juice is pretty much the only thing my grandmother has ever drunk and she is really healthy.....she is 70 years old and still works 40 hours a week on a mail route. I've never known her to be sick, so I guess it is pretty good for you.

Absolutely. And so can excessive juice, soda, beer, and coffee. Things that are high in caffine and sugar, and acidic can promote yeast overgrowth. Try to drink more water and less sugary beverages. And remember to eat yogurt a few times a week. yogurt naturally regulates you body's yeast production. There are products like one made by AZO that also help.

It could because of excess sugar. However, it can cause a lot of other things, like sores in your mouth and acid reflux.
