It depends on the way a question is asked. I'm not angry with you for asking this question. Feel free to disagree no matter what your opinion is it is called democracy. I have read so-called "facts" from Democrats, Republicans, liberals and conservatives that have absolutely nothing to back them up and are just outright fabrications made up just to start an argument. I think there are many people here who disagree but not everyone gets angry because they have an opposing view.

I don't consider myself a liberal or a Conservative, more of a libertarian than anything. Anyway, I think if there is an answer, it's because most libs can't debate the facts as well as republicans can.. not that they can't debate, it's just that they are ignorant of the facts..

I have to agree with coragryph, he summarized the issue pretty well. I do think that liberals foam at the mouth quite a bit easier than conservatives do and I believe that has to do with their natural emotional makeup. Liberals tend to be the more "artistic" types and conservatives tend to be more cognitive. Think of it as left brain and right brain functions I guess.

Way to generalize a huge group of people.
Nobody enjoys being wrong. I know plenty of conservatives who hate to be called out on their BS; liberals are probably the same.

Not all Liberals do, but sometimes people don't know how to deal with people that just don't see things their way. It's very arrogant of them but that's how a lot of people are, not just liberals. Politics are dirty.

No, conservatives do NOT get angry when you disagree with them - that is another liberal lie. Conservatives (who are simply people who want to conserve values) are normally very calm, dignified and respectful as a stark contrast to liberals.
Liberals believe that Freedom of Speech only applies to them, and they get angry because they feel that others really don't have a right to express themselves, to disagree with them or to speak the truth.
Great strides have been made within the psychiatric community, because more and more of it's prominent professionals are beginning to understand that liberalism is a mental disorder.

Because neither side accepts the other's premises. They begin with different value systems, values that each believes is fundamental. When the other side refuses to accept them, they get angry because they are unable to make the other side see their "truth."

Yes it seems to be a liberal trait. But it is understandable as liberalism is their religion. So when you point out that their facts or beliefs are dead wrong they get very upset because you have just attacked their religion.
Read "Godless" it explains it all and very accurately.

Because christian fascists close their ears when it's time to listen and with their bright ideas decide to try assassination on presidents of other countries. Remember Pat Robertson' s statement. Their ways to solve problems, let's kill all new ideas.
