Is it possible for my LAN administrator to see:

1 - Which files i m downloading from limewire.
2 - Which websites i m browsing
3 - My username and passwords which i use on the websites

1. Yes. ISA keeps a log of all transactions.
2. Yes. Same reason.
3. Yes, If the site is not secure. If the site is secure (https://) then he can't
4. Yes. Same reason as 1 & 2

While a packet sniffer can do 1, 2, & 4 it's a lot more work than just looking at the ISA logs. If the site is secure, even a packet sniffer can't do #3.

With a packet sniffer, yes. He can see all four. Even without a packet sniffer, he could get all but your username/passwords. With some third party software he could get it all even without a sniffer.

Yes, unfortunately. The real issue, do they have the time and resources to monitor everyone to this degree, or have they singled you out...

With enough dedication and a packet sniffer, almost anything can be done

The administrator can see everything you mentioned using a packet sniffer.

bostonianinmo's got it down.
#3 has recently become an easier task but one would have to get just a little nasty.
