I know there's several for glass, but is there one you can use on clear plexiglass?

Have you tried one for glass on plexiglass? How about scratching it with steelwool or sandpaper on an orbital sander? That would look neat with some woodstain or paint wiped into it.

My husband does alot of stuff with Plex, and he stencils a design on with an xacto blade, then goes over it with his dremel tool. It really looks great when lit from behind with a light source. Good Luck!
