Go see a dematologist. I wouldn't trust over the counter pills, but there are prescription only pills that supposedly helps, never taken any myself.
Try this first. Get those acne cream with benzoyle peroxide. Supposedly any will work, you don't have to get the expensive stuff. I use the Johnson and Johnson one, which is not as pricy as the famous brands like Clearasil or something, but being a large company I trust them more than the generic brands.
Then every night before you go to bed, after washing and drying your face, smear it on your whole face. Don't skimp on it, put it everywhere (but avoid the eyes, follow instructions for it). That's why getting Clearasil would get expensive, since you'll go though it quick. Now when you first start, it'll dry your skin, maybe even to the point that it hurts. So after you put the stuff on, let it dry and get absorbed first, then put on your favorite moisturizer lotion. Do this again in the morning when you wake up. Work in one more time in the middle of the day if your face can take it, I've never had to go that far, twice a day was enough to control.
Currently my face is used to it so I don't have to use moisturizer anymore, plus I only need to put in on at night, so if my face gets all dry and flaky, I don't care, I'm asleep.
If this doesn't work still, then talk to a dermatologist.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/
that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

I can not say the ones that you found online are safe or not. The pills I know of are safe and have been backed by the FDA. Acne is systemic, meaning it comes from within, so you do need a good face wash as well as a pill to cleanse you insides. Contact me and I can direct you to both.

Do not take pills. You are just poisoning your body more. You might clear up the acne for a while, but then several months later be sick with something. Instead go to an organic store and buy some natural morning cleanses. Also, drink a lot of distilled water.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

Never trust stuff sold on the internet. My take is if it really works wouldn't your Doctor suggest it. Don't trust a money back guarantee either. I would suggest getting Neutrogena's new line of advanced solutions. It works really well on my hubby's acne even gets rid of old scars!

My dermatologist offers these supplements (vitamins). I thought they helped, but it's not cheap.

Visit a derm and see what they say about your condition. If they feel you need to take pills they will prescribe one for you.
