I normally dont like to eat any seafood, but my diet contists mainly cheeseburgers, pizza, posta, hotdogs, etc. Mostly ground beef, on the grill. I try to cook the food healthy by grilling it and letting the fat drip off so it is as lean as possible, and dont eat much deep fryed or pan cooked foods. I just figure that if I replaced one burger with fish a day, I would be healther and my gut would be lower.

I don't know, I am 52 and I have tried all kinds of ways to make fish taste good. I've waited until I was starving, seasoned it, fried it, baked it, barbrcued it and it always tastes like fish. Partner, don't ever let anyone BS you. Fish sucks as bad a venison or liver. Just hold your nose and eat it with lots of tartar sauce on it.

So, if you like grilling, try grilling fish. Marinate the fish in lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, etc. You don't have to deal with the smell in the house. Grill it just until the meat is flaky. Serve it with rice and voila, you have a healthy seafood meal.

Go around to seafood restaurants and try different fish dishes until you find one you like. My husband's favorite is blackened tuna. It's not fishy at all, nice and spicy. It's great for people who really aren't crazy for fish. If you like it, you can make it at home on the grill, too.

Yeah, fish is very healthy, but unfortunately if you don't like it there is no quick fix without frying it etc. which would be silly if you are trying to be healthier.
I guess you got to acquire the taste which means just eat it until you like it. Try Salmon or Cod, they are not so strong.

I am a vegatarian who just started eating fish. Besides a nice grilled tilapia, this recipe for grilled salmon is really good. I guess my answer is "try grilling".

Just start eating fish, even if you aren't fond of it, it will eventually grow on you.
