i know it's a long question, but PLEASE read!!!..
my boyfriend has been drinking a lot, he pushed me a couple of days ago and i still have a bruise in my wrist but i forgave him because he was drunk.he gets really violent when he drinks and i'm a little scared.he has cheated on me, but then he comes home and says that it will never happen again. he doesn't care about anybody besides him... i know he's been having some problems at work, and i want to help him go through this, but he doesn't let me .. everybody says i should dump him, let him ruin his life by himself.. but i don't know if i can do that... what do you think i should do??
i don't wanna leave him... i love him, but i don't know if i can live like this...

He won't let you help him because he doesn't think he has a problem. Until he admits it to himself there's nothing you or anyone else can do. Let yourself live your life in peace not chaos. Leave him.

Sound like most abuse women here stand by your man when abuse you and pushed you down etc. Your confidences is at all time low here. Stop making excuse for his behavior example of this is he tired he working hard so is plenty of other men but they don't come home and use there wives as a punch bag here. You deserves better. Get away from this man. Try and get some support, and stop letting this man bully you etc. He sound he the type saying your no good etc, and sadly you start to believe this. He controlling you. Please get the courage to leave you cant be responsible for him all the time. If you have children there what example are you setting here. It ok for their father to knock their mother around! no get away from him

Sounds like he will ruin your life, too. Don't let him. Smart thing to do is dump him and move on. Don't you deserve to be with someone better? Pretty obvious he does not seem to care about you very much. Move on. It might be difficult, but in the long run you will be better off.

Sounds to me like you suffer from the same "condition" that I did, and probably still do on many occasions. We are called "co-dependant" people. Look it up on the internet, there is lots of good information on it, and if you really read and understand it, you will learn lots about it. and it should help you out.

u should hav a talk to him wen he is not DRUNK tell him bout wat he been doin lately somethin harmful can happen so i would say u should leave him if he wount change this behavior..
