Buy in Washington state man. There is all kinds of territory there that is just the same as British Columbia but a hell of a lot cheaper. People tend to stick to their own countries on this continent so everyone in Canada likes to fill up southern British Columbia when they retire and they make it expensive. The interior of Washington state, the Idaho panhandle, and western Montana are all the same turf, but you Yanks seem to thinks it's two steps off the forzen north, Just check it out, you might get surprised.
