Last year I started feeling little knot like massess at the bottom on my pelvic region/lower belly. I year later, I have them all over my stomach and one near my rib cage. They feel like little cysts.

On top of that, I have had awful pain in my lower right side that travels into my back and especially down my leg. Sometimes this pain is very dull, sometimes quite sharp. It usually doesn't last very long, but is usually during ovulation.

Lastly, for the last 5 months I have been putting on weight, esp around my waistline. The weight doesn't show up anywheres else. I don't know how I am gaining it considering I exercise and diet all the time.

Any idea on whats happening?

Formation of Cyst or lump or massess anywhere in the body, is alright if there is no pain. Your gaining weight is also not a big problem.

It may be due to inflammation in Pelvic region or some other reason also which I do not want to tell here. As every one has advised please consult a good Gynecologist and have all the tests done Including a MRI Scan to ensure nothing is abnormal internally apart from what you have noticed outside the body)and to have proper treatment.

All the best to get relieved from your worries.

I can't be sure but it sounds like you may be suffering with PID (Pelvic Inflamatory Disease)this includes ovarian cysts as well as a great deal of pain. If you don't have a doctor, I suggest you go to your local urgent care and let them exam you and take your history. They can do xray or other types of tests to see what is wrong. If they can't handle what you need, they will usually refer you to someone who will take care of you.
If you have a GYN, it would be best to call them and tell them you need to be seen as soon as possible, because they will probably give you an appointment that is a month or 6 weeks away and you shouldn't wait any longer to seek medical treatment.
I sincerely hope you do go to the doctor and get help. Come back and do a followup to let us know how it turns out. Best wishes

Studies indicate that as much as 85% of the North American population
has at least one form of parasite. Nobody is immune from parasitic
infestation. Parasites can get into the blood and travel to any organ causing
problems that are often not recognized as parasite-related. Over time, they
can be a contributing cause to chronic diseases such as arthritis, multiple
sclerosis, asthma, edema, appendicitis and cancer. Parasites can enter the
body through the mouth, the nose or the skin. They can also be transmitted
via insect carriers. Unfortunately, mainstream medicine tends to overlook
parasites as a possible primary cause for many well-known diseases costing patients many frustrating hours and costing the health care systems many millions of dollars in unnecessary diagnostic tests and ineffective
pharmaceutical treatments. With the growing acceptance of alternative
therapies in our society, this will hopefully begin to change.
parasite is an organism that lives off another organism, such as an animal or a human. Parasites eat off the food that we eat, excrete in our system and travel throughout our body. While there are 3200 varieties of parasites, they fall into two major groups: protozoa and worms. Protozoa are single-celled parasites. When ingested, they germinate, reproduce and cause illness. Worms come in all sizes, from threadworms, measuring less than one centimeter, to tapeworms up to 12 meters in length.

Last year these cysts started and you haven't been to a doctor? I think you better get to a dr. now! Don't want to scare you but I just read something about gaining in the stomach and a link with cervical cancer. If I were you I'd be at the doctors office pronto!

Time that was spent writing this question, was time wasted that could have been spent making a doctor's appointment! Seriously what response did you expect to get? Were you going to actually belive and try someone's amature suggestion? Even without insurance, you can go to the emergency room, which is where I would be if I were you right now, not sitting at your computer reading any ridiculous answers. We are not doctors! ( well most of us, anyway!) Get up and go now. I SAID GO! STOP READING! GO!

You need to go to the doctor ASAP! Your symptoms could very likely be cancer or ovarian cysts, which could cause u to become sterile. They could also be a sign of infection inside, that is not being treated & getting worse. You may just need simple antibiotics, or it could be worse. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!!!!

I have no idea what that could be, but am shocked that you haven't consulted a doctor about this a long time ago. I'd freak if I found any type of lump on my body besides my boobs!

I am not a doctor, but my cousin has endometriosis, and she told me that her doctor said cysts could form in your body during menstruation and it doesn't have to be in your pelvic region. I would go to a gynecologist.
