I think Rock, but thats a very genral term as it has many variations. I believe Metal is almost gone, especially with Metallica (it hurts to say) going in a more Mainstrwam route, I wish they would come out with at least one more Great album, with their classic sound (And justice for all and anything Prior). Punk rock Is always Changing its form, its really hard to classify.Goth another ever changing form. I think Alternitive and grudge may have died along with Kurt Cobain. Thats really only scratching the surface. But it makes me sad, that Rock is dying, while Singers like britney and jessice simpson are still around making money for haveing no talent (personal opinion)

I hope "rap crap" will soon die a horrible death
Classical music has a limited [but, refined] audience
Bluegrass, zydeco, blues, "folk", "classic" rock and roll., Broadway musicals ..all have a small but loyal fan base...they may be dying ...but they aren't dead yet

techno, goth, grunge, AND disco had their day....dying or dead

Klezmer, hora, and south american rhythms have [maybe] three people that listen to them

I like scratchy 78's played on a vintage Victrola

Bring back the 8-track !!!!!!!!! lol

Classical (in the general form of the word). Hardly anyone knows about it, yet it's the foundation of music. It's been kept to movie and TV scores.
