having an inquisitive mind and love of research
able to study and block out outside noises
Hinder: some people are hindered by outside influences
such as radio, TV, etc.

Help: Answer each question well and on their level, leading them to the next step without taking them all the way through... Encourage them to ask ANY question - no matter how simple... Watch their eyes... When they're learning, you'll see it there...
