Drink heaps of water, everytime you have hunger pains, go for the water, eat only fruits, Especially Apples!,
Eat only salads, without the heavy dressing,
You would seriously have to be starving yourself to lose a large ammount of weight in one week but it can be done,
Don't drink fizzy drink or have take away, Work out HEAPS, even in your own home or at the gym.
