No, I am not. I sometimes get scared though when I have watched a lot of horror movies or read a disturbing book and know (or hope that I am) the only person in the house. So then I start to think about what I have read or watched. But I get over it pretty fast.

Sometimes.

Because I live in a small apartment it's better for me. I know every nook and cranny of my apartment and if anything is ever moved while I am away, I'll know it. Mostly I think my fears are unfounded.
Once in awhile I do a "check" of the apartment, looking under the bed, in closets, when I feel nervous like someone is in the place, but I never find anyone and I usually feel pretty silly afterwards! But it's a habit now and I am still doing it!

No - I kinda like being home alone. I can do what I want. But, I did start to wonder where the snoring was coming from when the bedroom next to me was empty... A few days later I realised it was coming from a next door neighbour!

I'm not afraid to be alone too often; but it does happen occasionally. But then I walk through my place and check every room - each closet, under the beds; and I'm able to relax most of the time after that !

No. I used to be but now I take anti-anxiety medication, so I don't have panic attacks anymore. And I have 2 big dogs who will tell me if anyone tries to break in!
