All you have to do is measure your waist size and divide it by your hip measurement (hint: if the number you get is bigger than one, you either have a beer belly or you're doing the math wrong). I read somewhere that men are unconsciously attracted to a waist hip ration on a woman that's about 0.7. Like Marylin Monroe would be an example.
It doesn't have to mean a miniature waist. For example if your waist is 30" and your hips are 41" then your waist hip ratio is 0.73.

It would be pear shaped. For example a 26 inch waist and 38 inch hips. HTH.

That's like a 25 inch waist and 36 inch hips
