THAT IS AN EXPENSIVE WAY TO TRY..... WHY NOT LIMIT YOUR CARBS ZERO FATTY FOODS LIKE CHIPS STOP SNACKING EAT FIVE SMALL MEALS ALL INCLUDING FRESH VEGGIES BAKED MEAT ZERO FAT... LOW CARBS...NO BREAD OR BREADED PRODUCTS... NO FROZEN FOODS.... ALL FRESH.... DRINK LOTS LOTS LOTS OF WATER AND EAT FRESH FRUITS MIX IT UP ALSO... I PERSONALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH SNACKING, OVER EATINGAND ALSO NOT EATING BREAKFAST..... I WOULD BUY HIGH PROTEIN BOOST ( CHOCOLATE) DRINK ONE IN THE MORNING.... AS A SNACK I WOULD EAT ALMOND OATMEAL BARS..... HAVE MY LARGER MEAL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY..... NO GRAVY BONELESS SKINLESS GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST.... LOTS OF FRESH VEGGIES..... HAVE A CEASAR SALAD FOR DINNER WITH GRILLED CHICKEN ALSO... BUT LAST MEAL BEFORE 7PM AND I WOULD TAKE MY DOG FOR A WALK AROUND EIGHT AND WE WOULD WALK UNTIL HE GOT TIRED.... I LOST 35 LBS IN ONE MONTH THAT WAY.... WORKING OUT I WOULD WORKOUT IN THE POOL SIMPLY BECAUSE HAVING A BABY YOUR UTERUS IS SENSITIVE TO WEIGHT AND THE POOL GIVES LOW IMPACT WORKOUTS.....SIT UPS WITH YOUR FEET ON A CHAIR....AND CROSSED..... IF YOU TIME YOURSELF ITS BETTER BECAUSE YOU HAVE SET A GOAL YOU ARE EITHER GOING TO REACH IT OR EXCEL PAST IT.... SPRINTING IS ANOTHER WAY ALSO BUT I WOULD WAIT TO DO THAT UNTIL BABY IS AT LEAST SIX MONTHS OLD..... ENOUGH TIME FOR A FEW CHECKUPS MAKE SURE YOU HAVE HEALED CORRECTLY.....GOOD LUCK.....

Pilates sure works, or core secret, select the one focus on the abs. Also, if you are breadfeeding, this will help to loose weight a little faster.

Sit-ups only build & tone the muscle you have. If you want to get rid of fat on top of your stomach muscles then you need to do cardio exercise & a lot of it. My boyfriend thought he could do sit-ups to get rid of a newly formed beer belly, but his trainer said the best thing to get rid of any fat is cardio.
