i ran maybe a mile at the most. i was on my way to my house, then about a quarter of the way i noticed that i couldnt really breathe and i was starting to get really bad chest, and abdonimal pain. i just try to ran it off as i got closer to my house ( a block ) my fingers started to tingle. when i got home i was nearly fainting from no Oxygen. i laid down on the floor and the tingle went up to my arms then from my bottom jaw all the way up to my eyed lids. my mouth seemed to be that of a stroke couldnt talk, nor close my fists. i drank a grip of water and my family wanted to call 911 but i insisted on not doing that, just because i hate the damn doctors.
they tingle went away after about 10 mins!
what could this have been from?

Sounds like your heart was not getting enough oxygen. This can result in death, so you should see a doctor even if you hate them. You should have called 911. An EKG when you are in the middle of the symptoms gives a more definitive answer than one done when you are not having symptoms.

It could be a sign of a serious heart condition, seek medical attention as soon as possible for a full physical. You may have simply ran anaerobic running your body out of oxygen. This happens when you run faster than your bodies ability to process enough oxygen. Have a physical and explain to the doc what happened, he'll more than likely want to perform a stress test. If you noticed any burning in your legs that's just lactic acid buildup from running out of oxygen.

Chest pain (which is how those in medicine frequently describe your symptoms despite no pain residing in your chest) that subsides with rest is referred to as angina. It is cause by poor oxygenation to the heart. We don't know your age, but it might be wise to schedule an appointment and let a primary care physician figure out if more follow up is necessary. And STOP SMOKING.

Good Luck man

You need to have your heart function tested A.S.A.P. A Myoview would certainly be warranted in your case. You will want to see a physician to check for any ischemia.
