Holly was out of action for a very long time with a staph infection and he said in a recent interview that he is fighting hard to beat the staph infection and that he wanted to get back to the ring but it would be a long time yet before he could, WHASSUP WIT DAT!

It was very surprising to see him in ECW! Let's just hope that he'll fit in...

Not really because Hardcore Holly always seemed like a guy that wasnt really "extreme" like the old ECW but now that the new ECW isn't really that extreme i think Hardcore holly fits right in because he's hardcore, not extreme like RVD or Sabu.
Plus after his staph injury i think it wouldnt be good for him to go back to Smackdown. All of the mid- card guys are either in a tag-team or in a rivalry so he couldnt rival against anyone being a heel.

The staph infection is pretty much healed, and his arm is almost there although not quite 100%; as you could see it was heavily taped last night. You won't see him in any really heavy matches for a while, but he's trying to establish himself as a heel right now for a possible feud with RVD, amongst others. He will be up and running full speed soon.

I'm not surprised at all I knew Holly and Striker were gonna be apart of ECW before it even happend ..like Yesterday at 10 am..I went to prowrestling.com they tell you everything going on with WWE and TNA before it happens...Holly and Striker wrestled at an ECW house show on Saturday...and prowrestling.com reported he would be on there... go check the site out man.

he is a good wrestler.
