Hope you read mine.
I think you should seriously consider moving/relocating whatever.City life is extremely harsh on our mental and phisical state and believe it or not even though we as individuals are used to it,our genetic make-up isn't as our forefathers havn't been living the rushed city life.I suggest the soth of Italy, out of the city obviously! We only live once and living in a city, working all day, getting brainwashed from the telly, breathing the citys toxic fumes, eating processed food just speeds the aging process and our lives swish by living in the city.Save some money, sell your house and move to the country side or maybe abroad-the south of France or southern Italy are ideal. No citys remember,Living a simple life is soo enjoyable.Rushing through it,we only remember a blur.....from 18 year old Scottish Muslim

Yeah, its called death- OR- a serious change of attitude. I too am old and tired- HOWEVER- I have adopted what I can only call a "Disney State of Mind". I go to Disneyland aout 5 times a year, I have fun as much as I can and I have decided not to grow up. I am a 60 year old grandmother. The only thing that could make me any happier might be a "New Boyfriend" - but- I am not sure that would work. Too set in my ways. ANYWAY- get happy and enjoy your life. Might as well go out with a smile.

I work with the elderly and some are grumpy due to all their aches and pains. Others are full of life and a joy to be around. I think if you keep active you are less likely to get as many aches and pains but the most important is to keep your mind engaged and full of positive thoughts. Surround yourself with positive, energetic people and their energy will help to charge you!

old age is relative and being grumpy is a state you choose to be in. grow up. there are 50 year olds who feel and behave like 30 and there are 20 year olds who feel and behave like 60. be greatful for your experience of the world. it is an asset. be greatful for what you have and enjoy your life :)

Start by being more kind and loving to your loved ones. That will change their attitude toward you and make your life easier. Be thankful for all of your many blessings.

Exercise, even when you don't feel like it. Learn to meditate to relax you.

Be nicer to yourself. Good luck with that aging thing. Remember it is better than the alternative.

Why do you want to cure it? its one of the pleasures of growing old, you can make outrageous comments and get away with it....lol
I also find that it is possible when make in these comments you can find people who be come a little submissive and you can take advantage of this, and you don't need the sports car.....lol
