Yes, and I also think adoption should be one of the easiest things to do if you qualify to be responsible parents.

I am personally against abortion but I believe in the women's choice. However, to all you folks that say "I have a dream to pursue", what about the father? Does the father have the right to have "HIS" baby aborted? If not, does he still have the "Obligation" to financially support the baby against his will. I think abortion should be a two person choice. If the male wants the baby and the woman doesn't--then give him custody, and the female doesn't owe anything. If the reverse is true, then the male shouldn't be held accountable either. What's fair is fair.

NOO!! If anyone has done research they would see that abortion was only legalized in like 1973... Before that time desperate women would do illegal abortions to themselves, using things like coat hangers or forcing themselves to fall down the stairs.. 1000s of these ended in the woman dieing(internally bled to death)!!! If abortion is made illegal it will only create more deaths because women that dont want to have a child will find the way to get rid of it even if it means putting them in danger. You can make it illegal, but its not going to stop anything. Just put more women in harms way.
I mean look at all the illegal drugs in the world.. They're illegal, but that doesnt stop people from getting them...

Yes, abortion should always be illegal. Some would say that a mother has the right to her body, and that is true, but she does NOT have the right to decide the future of someone Else's body, aka the baby. And someone said that if someone is 16 and the condom broke and she got pregnant that she should get an abortion, I say she should not be having ****** sex when your 16!

Look at the slippery slope your question creates.
You draw a line between forgetting to use protection, and using protection and it failing. So, how do you prove one versus the other?
If abortion is outlawed based on one limited factual situation, but allowed under something very similar, especially where it's impossible to prove one versus the other, people will say what they need to conform with the required phrasing.

YES!!!! If you count back second by second, from birth to conception, at what EXACT moment did the fertilized egg become human? You shouldn't be able to kill an innocent child just because it's an inconvenience or a product of an unfortunate circumstance (i.e. broken condom/rape). I am NOT for the government controlling our lives, I'm libertarian, he1l, I'm even for legalizing drugs! My motto is "do whatever the **** you want as long as it doesn't interfere with the rights of others." And abortion my friend, DEFINITELY, interferes with the right of another

Some people get married thinking that if it doesn't work they can always get a divorce, thus already setting themselves up for failure.
It shouldn't be the same case when it comes to having sex, one must consider the consequences.
Abortion should only legal in the case of rape, or the mothers life is at risk, not because of stupidity.
As for a woman's choice, choose to be smart!
If you think abortion should be legal just because, or a choice, call your mother and thank her for making the right choice.
Oh and by the way... rape is no ones fate.

You can't legislate on that. How could you prove that a person had "forgotten to use protection"? It would be easy to say that the condom broke or something. How would you prove otherwise.
As for abortion being illegal, yeah great if you want to go back to the days of women commiting suicide because they are pregnant or dying on the tables of backstreet abortionists with their dirty knives and knitting needles. Or doing it themselves with paraffin douches and crochet hooks.
Women have been having abortions for thousands of years before it was ever "legal" or medically managed and they will carry on doing so. The advantage of it being legal is that they can have abortions done in safe medically controlled enviroments.

no. abortion should be illegal after the first trimester. But during the first trimester a woman should have the right to an abortion at any time and for any or no reason.

No it should not be illegal. It should be up to the woman if she would like to have a child or not. There are some cases like rape and medical reasons that abortion should be legalized.
