would like to get some poetry/short stories/writings published how can i do this?? help?

Send them to publishing companies or pay to have them published. Its really quite simple. Buy The Writer's Market or versions of it, for there is also a Short Story Writer's Market, etc, etc. The book contains all you need to send in your work. There is, of course, no guarantee that your work will be published unless you pay those who offer to do so to publish your work.
