I live in nj essex county im trying to get someone to fix the fence of me and all of them are so expencsive? can anyone help me by finding someone cheap for installing a fence please before 400-500$. Or suggest if i could try doing it myself but how ?

As per my opinion you need to go online. At there you will get some good fencing experts.
They are cheap in price and good in services because they want to make their brand more popular.

SO what your saying is your so cheap that you wont pay someone to do it right. but if someone was to do it for you free that would make you happy. Why don't you sell your home so you don't have those expenses to contend with.
